No Show and Late Cancellation Policy

We please ask that you cancel any appointments at least 24 hours before your appointment, failure to do so will mean that you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your appointment. Giving us at least 24 hours notice not only allows us to reschedule your appointment to a more suitable time, but it also allows us to offer this appointment to other clients.


If you do not show up to your appointment at all and do not give us any notice, you will be charged 100% of the total cost of your appointment.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available for a specific amount or treatment/s of your choice. Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase (expiry date will be stated on voucher). All Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, however they can be exchanged with a treatment of choice up to the same value if chosen treatment isn't suitable. Gift Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash. Expiry dates will not be extended (only under very exceptional circumstances may we consider this).

Timekeeping

As we stick to a strict timescale we request that all clients arrive up to 5 minutes before your treatment, and no more than 10 minutes to avoid waiting too long. Please be aware that if you attend your appointment late we may need to reschedule to a more suitable time, and you may be charged a late cancellation fee. 

Refunds

If you have had a treatment that you are unsatisfied with please bring it to the attention of the therapist or the owner of the salon and follow the complaints procedure. 

We do not give refunds on any treatments however we will look into your concerns immediately and try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Complaint Policy

It is our objective to ensure that every client is delighted with the services 

that they receive at Love Beauty.

However, we recognise that on occasions things can go wrong. If this does happen we will try to ensure we put things right at the earliest opportunity. This procedure advises how to bring things to our 

attention if you are not happy about the service that you have received.

We will ensure that all complaints are followed through, documented and when appropriate,

 action is taken to prevent a recurrence.

Please provide us with as much detail as possible, including details of your treatment, date and time of your appointment, your therapist and your exact complaint.
